Description
Identification signs include:
- the tips of the  young shoot has an absence or just slight coat of flat-lying hairs,
- the young leaves are entirely bronze or with bronze patches,
- adult leaves are orbicular or wedge-shaped, 5 or 7 lobes with an open U-shaped petiolar sinus, small teeth, long compared to width at base with straight sides or with 1 convex side and 1 concave side, absence or slight anthocyanin pigmentation and the underside with an absence or very slight coat of upright and flat-lying hairs, 
- round-shaped or short elliptical-shaped berries.

Codivarta B is not very susceptible to grey rot.
Technological potential
The grape clusters are large and the berries moderate size. The sugar potential of this variety is moderate with moderate to low acidity.

The only approved Codivarta B clone carries the number 1085.
