The description corresponds to that of Carignan N, except for the color of the berry skin which when ripe is green-yellow.

Suitability for cultivation and agronomic production
The good and regular fertility of the vine variety enable short pruning.
Sensitivity to diseases and pests
As with Carignan N, this variety is particularly susceptible to powdery mildew.
Technological potential
The grape clusters are large and the berries are medium size. The wine produced has a rather high alcohol content and is relatively neutral.
Clonal selection in France
There are no approved clones od this variety at the present time. Surveys are being carried out recently in Languedoc vineyards.
